Services are delivered in your home by familiar workers where possible, so you are not explaining your preferences from scratch every visit.

Are household tasks funded by the NDIS?+
Yes. Household tasks are covered under Core Supports — Assistance with Daily Life. Your NDIS plan needs to include funding in this category. If you are unsure whether your plan covers this, contact us and we can help you work it out.
Can your workers do grocery shopping on my behalf?+
Yes. Our workers can shop with you or for you, depending on your preference and what your plan funds. We follow your shopping list and budget and return with receipts. If shopping is part of a life skills goal, we can also use it as a training opportunity.
How many hours of household support can I get per week?+
That depends on your NDIS plan and the funding allocated under Assistance with Daily Life. We can review your plan with you and help you understand the best way to use your hours so nothing goes underspent.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?+
Generally, yes — participants provide their own cleaning products and equipment and our workers use what is available at home. If you need help sourcing specific products, just let us know.
