Support coordination helps you find, connect with, and manage your service providers and build your own coordination skills. Plan management handles the financial side — processing invoices and tracking your budget. They are separate NDIS funded services and you can have both.
Is support coordination funded separately in my plan?+
Yes. Support coordination sits under Capacity Building in your NDIS plan, with its own budget line separate from your Core Supports. Not all plans include it — if you think you need it, raise it at your next plan review.
Can a support coordinator help me prepare for my plan review?+
Yes, and this is one of the most valuable things a coordinator can do. We document what has worked, what has not, what goals have been achieved, and what you need going forward — so you walk into your review with a clear, evidence-based case.
How often will I hear from my support coordinator?+
That depends on your needs and goals. Some participants have weekly contact, others monthly. We adjust based on what is happening in your life — more contact during a plan review or a provider change, less when things are running smoothly.
