Daily Personal Activities

We support participants with everyday personal tasks — showering, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, and medication prompts. Our support workers are matched to your routine and your preferences from the start. You will see consistent, familiar faces who already understand how you like things done, not a different person each visit. We cover mornings, evenings, weekends, and overnight — whatever your routine requires.

Is daily personal care covered under my NDIS plan?+
Yes. Daily personal activities fall under Core Supports — Assistance with Daily Life in your NDIS plan. We accept all plan management types: self-managed, plan-managed, and NDIA-managed (Agency Managed).
What does a typical personal care visit look like?+
Your support worker arrives at the agreed time and assists with the tasks in your care plan — showering, dressing, meal prep, medication prompts, and anything else included in your routine. Each visit follows your preferences, not a one-size-fits-all checklist. The first visit is longer to make sure we understand your routine correctly.
Can I choose the same support worker each time?+
We do our best to assign you a small, consistent team rather than rotating through workers. Most participants have one or two regular workers so you are not meeting someone new each visit. If a worker is unavailable, we will let you know in advance.
How quickly can personal care support start?+
We respond to every referral within 24 hours. From there, we schedule an intake meeting to confirm your care plan and match you with the right worker. Most participants have services running within one to two weeks of their first referral.
